Our plan is to provision 10 Waymo cars in rotation at an approved pickup area outside Music City Center, with guests taking turns on a short downtown loop. Timed ride slots will be assigned separately from event admission.

Ride operations are planned from about 5:15 p.m., with the final assigned trips returning by 8:45 p.m. The 10-minute route target is an estimate; congestion, closures, accessibility needs, and boarding can extend the cycle. A confirmed pickup point and ride slot will be communicated before the event.
A ticket covers the event program. Rides require a separate timed assignment and remain subject to fleet availability and operating approval. See the ride capacity plan.

One ticket includes the Waymo demo, technical presentations, food, drinks, and networking. The planned ride experience needs a separate timed assignment and is subject to availability and operating approval. Space is limited to 180 paid guests, with 20 additional invitations reserved for prospective investors.
